swithAI is operated by Jason Abbamonte LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as swithAI. This page explains how to delete your swithAI account and the data associated with it. Last updated August 20, 2026.
You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time, directly in the app:
For your security, you may be asked to confirm your identity before the deletion completes — by re-running Sign in with Apple, or by re-entering your password for an email account. When the deletion finishes you are signed out and returned to the sign-in screen.
Deleting your account removes your profile and your logged wellness data — workouts, nutrition and hydration logs, activity, mood, sleep, breathing and guided sessions, supplement logs, and your health readiness answers — from our application backend, along with your sign-in.
Deleting your account removes your data from our application backend; it does not retroactively affect data already transmitted to a service provider listed in our Privacy Policy (for example OpenAI, Stripe, or Google/Firebase), which is governed by that provider's own policy.
Our backend stores data on the Internet Computer blockchain through canister smart contracts. Data written to a blockchain-backed canister is designed to resist tampering: when you delete your account we remove your data from the canister's active state, but you should not assume that data committed to a decentralized ledger can be erased as completely as data on a conventional server.
If you can no longer sign in to the app, email support@getswith.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove something you logged. Individual entries — workouts, food and water logs, activity entries, mood check-ins, sleep records, breathing sessions, and supplements — can be deleted one at a time in the app, from the list where each entry appears.
